This is my 3rd day into black bean diet.
So far I feel good.
I like the breakfast smoothie made out of goat's milk, water, honey, cooked black bean, and silky tofu.
You may think this combination sucks...but the taste is not bad.
At least I could accept it :)
After breakfast today, I din't eat other things...so I feel I have an improvement ha ha...
Heading to lunch now...my steamed fish with black beans waiting to enter my stomach :)
